The White Namib

In this edition, J. Maestro explores purity and contrast through the rare White Namib marble.
Each board is precisely engraved and marked with brass points that define the geometry of its 64 squares. A handmade walnut frame surrounds the board — sanded, varnished, and beveled to create a sense of visual lightness and harmony.
The chess pieces, cast in solid alloy and finished in gold and silver, combine weight, precision, and refinement. Their leather-lined bases create a silent dialogue between material and motion.
Only 64 editions will ever exist. Each engraved with a unique coordinate, never to be repeated.
